FAQs about delivery
1. Is my purchase discreet? What do I see on my credit card records?
We respect your privacy and do our best to ensure your purchase is as discreet as possible. On your credit card records, the charge will be accompanied by a random code. But, please note that few processors require a website associated with the order.
2. What are the payment methods?
We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal. You can see the options during checkout.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed every hour, automatically. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
4. Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation? Did my order go through?
If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there!
5. Will there be additional customs fees or taxes?
For most regions (United States, European Union, Australia, Canada), we ship via a local warehouse. Therefore, we have already pre-paid any taxes in order to get it into the country. Please select your country during check-out for more information.
For other regions, we may ship directly from our main warehouse via DHL. There may be additional taxes. If your region is one of them, you will see a note during checkout. For your information, we put a low value on the goods, to ensure you pay as little taxes as possible. Most people do not pay additional fees- it really depends on how strict your country of residence is.
6. I ordered the wrong item(s), can I change the item(s) in my order?
We are unable to modify your order. If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please contact support for instructions.
Shipping FAQ
1. What are the shipping method and shipping time?
Each region has different shipping methods. You will see more information when you choose your country during checkout.
2. Can we choose a specific carrier?
Unfortunately, our shipping partner doesn’t allow us to choose which carrier will do the final delivery. They choose from a variety of carriers, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
3. How can I check my order status?
You will be able to check the status of your order through this dashboard or by clicking on “Order Tracking” in the menu at the bottom of the page.
4. Why didn’t I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is in the shipped status, it has been sent and is being processed by our shipping partner. They are in the middle of shipping it. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner soon.
5. Can I change my order address?
We are unable to change any shipping addresses. We are only able to ship orders to the address provided during checkout.
6. Is the packaging discreet?
We value your privacy and ship as discreetly as possible.
The exterior box will be a standard brown box without any markings that refer to our company. Inside the exterior box should be an additional discreet box. Inside that box is the product.
7. Do you ship to my country?
During checkout, you will see a list of countries we ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.

1.Is my credit card information secure when making purchases online?
Yes, Happydears makes every effort to ensure that our customers are protected when making online purchases. All credit card and personal information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before being sent over the Internet. This means that all information you provide us online is encrypted and completely confidential. Additionally, once we receive the credit card bank authorization, your encrypted information is released to the bank and does not remain on our system.
2. Is it safe to order online?
Yes, it is safe to shop at happydears with your credit or debit card, or via Amazon Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna or other payment providers. Payment providers may differ depending on your location.
- We promise to keep your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us secure.
- Our secure server scrambles your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address, before it is sent over the Internet.
- Your details are scrambled using 2048-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
- Your card details are presented directly to our bank for clearance.
- When you click the ‘Go to secure checkout’ button, you enter the secure section of the site.
3. How can you tell if our site is secure?
When you are in the checkout, you can click the Digicert logo to further verify that the page you are accessing is secure, or click the button “View website information” in front of the website domain name.
This shows that our website is secure.
Once your order has been processed securely online, we do not keep any record of your credit card details.
Your card details are verified automatically online by a leading processor of secure online payments.
