Return and Refund Policy

Due to the special nature of the goods, for the health of you and everyone else, all returned goods will never be resold! We will destroy them all.

Return policy

1.  We hope you love the items you order, but if for some reason you don’t, we will gladly help you return new, unused items for a full refund. Most items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please remember that all returned items must be new and in original condition with packaging, tags and hygiene protection intact. Items must be unused with no signs of wear, perfume, stains, makeup, deodorant or abrasion. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense for returns due to your own reasons.

2.  If the package is lost during delivery, we will refund you immediately if you request a refund. If you need us to resend the item, we will resend it to you at our expense.

3.   If the item arrives damaged, in this case:

  • Please file a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier before signing for the goods. They will tell you the complaint procedure.
  • If you have already signed for the package, please take a photo of the damage and contact the local office of the courier to file a complaint.
  • You can contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and a full description of the problem with the damaged item, and we will follow up.

4.  If you encounter quality problems during the warranty period, we will cover you if the problem occurs under normal use. Each product has a specific warranty period (if it is not stated in the product listing, please contact us by email at [email protected]).
In this case, please provide us with the following proof, We can arrange a replacement during the warranty period.

  • Defect description.
  • Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

5.  After you place an order, if you need to change the product, you cannot change the product after the product is shipped.

6.  After you place an order, if you need to change the address, you cannot change the address after the product is shipped.

7. Please contact us via chat or email within 7 days after the package receipt date to return the product. We will follow up and handle it in time. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Refund Policy

All items that meet our return policy requirements will be refunded within 1-2 business days.

Payment FAQ

We respect your privacy and do our best to ensure your purchase is as discreet as possible. On your credit card records, the charge will be accompanied by a random code. But, please note that few processors require a website associated with the order.

We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal. You can see the options during checkout.

Orders are processed every hour, automatically. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there!

For most regions (United States, European Union, Australia, Canada), we ship via a local warehouse. Therefore, we have already pre-paid any taxes in order to get it into the country. Please select your country during check-out for more information.

For other regions, we may ship directly from our main warehouse via DHL. There may be additional taxes. If your region is one of them, you will see a note during checkout. For your information, we put a low value on the goods, to ensure you pay as little taxes as possible. Most people do not pay additional fees- it really depends on how strict your country of residence is.

We are unable to modify your order. If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please contact support for instructions.
