Shipping Information

All parcels sent to the United States are delivered by US Postal Express, FEDEX or UPS MAIL. All parcels sent to Europe and other regions will be delivered by the corresponding express companies.

Shipping costs

All products are shipped free of charge. If you need to return or exchange the product, the cost will be borne by the customer. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for details.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or product nameIn fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

Order processing time

In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 1 Business days after your order is processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 2 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 12 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on happydears store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). Please email us with questions and/or special mailing instructions. Every effort will be made to fulfill special requests.

Happydears store makes our every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond happydears’s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

Delivery time

Shipping times are based on when the order is dispatched, not when you place the order. Faster delivery only guarantees delivery days after the package leaves our warehouse, not total delivery days. Standard handling times apply to all orders. If the item you ordered is out of stock, choosing an express delivery method will not change the delivery method we use when you order.

Items can be shipped to the contiguous 48 states of the United States via Standard Ground/First Class service. Please allow 7-14 full business days for delivery of your order by US Postal Service Mail or FEDEX or UPS Mail. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If shipping to Europe and other regions, please allow 7-14 full business days for delivery of your order by our related couriers.

Shipping FAQ

Each region has different shipping methods. You will see more information when you choose your country during checkout.

Unfortunately, our shipping partner doesn’t allow us to choose which carrier will do the final delivery. They choose from a variety of carriers, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

You will be able to check the status of your order through this dashboard or by clicking on “Order Tracking” in the menu at the bottom of the page.

Once your order is in the shipped status, it has been sent and is being processed by our shipping partner. They are in the middle of shipping it. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner soon.

We are unable to change any shipping addresses. We are only able to ship orders to the address provided during checkout.

We value your privacy and ship as discreetly as possible.

The exterior box will be a standard brown box without any markings that refer to our company. Inside the exterior box should be an additional discreet box. Inside that box is the product.

During checkout, you will see a list of countries we ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.
